Kristina Agustin has 20 years of experience in the global superyacht industry, specialising in maritime business, operations, and regulatory compliance. Beginning her career in senior seafaring crew roles, she gained firsthand operational experience before transitioning into high-level advisory and management. Based on the Central Coast, NSW, she is the Founder of Southern Sky AI, where she applies AI-driven strategies to help businesses integrate intelligent automation, optimise workflows, and enhance decision-making.

Since 2014, Kristina also serves as Fleet Business Manager at Wright Maritime Group LLC (USA), where she has been involved in high-level advisory and management roles, supporting vessels and businesses in navigating complex regulatory and operational challenges. A former Board Member of the International Superyacht Society (2018-2024), Kristina has contributed to industry governance and best practices on an international scale.

Kristina holds a certification in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications from University of California, Berkeley Executive Education and is currently pursuing a Masters in Artificial Intelligence, deepening her expertise in AI applications for business optimisation. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Newcastle, focusing on Maritime, Commercial, and Intellectual Property Law, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
